Angry poor idle/black smoke

Hi guys - recently purchased a 2010 Audi A5 2.0. Car drives great until I refuel. Once refueled the car starts to tremble in idle. When turning of and turning back on it will turn over but not start, or start after a short while (with black smoke coming from exhaust) and then turn off almost immediately (or run very rough). The Audi mechanics took a look at it, but cannot seem to identify the issue. The following parts have been replaced, but without resolving the issue.
(1) spark plugs;
(2) fuel injectors;
(3) oil filter;
(4) oil separation;
(5) MAS sensor & purge valve.

Please help! Thanks.

ANY DTCS STORED WHEN HE LOOKED AT YOUR CAR. IF THE VEHICLE RUNS ROUGH THE ECM SHOULD HAVE STORED A DTC

Thanks for your reply. The DTC's that came up indicated that there was a leaking fuel injector (replaced as indicated above) and that the car was further running rich on excess fuel. No further trouble codes indicated and the computer does not indicate any other error codes at the moment, despite the issue not being resolved. As the computer does not indicate where the issue is, the mechanics (although very skilled) have a difficulty resolving the issue. Let me know if you have an idea so I can guide them.

DID THEY CHANGE TO ENGINE OIL. IF YOU HAVE AN LEAKING INJECTOR IT IS POSSIBLE THE FUEL GOT INTO THE ENGINE OIL. HAVE YOUR MECHANIC CHECK LONG TERM AND SHORT TERM FUEL TRIM BEFORE AND AFTER THE OIL CHANGE. ALSO CHANGE OUT THE FITLER. I WOULD SAY LET THE OLD DRAIN OUT FOR AT LEAST 30 MINS. USE FACTORY OIL FILETR OR MANN OIL FILTER. THE 2.0TS ALSO HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE HPFP LEAKING FUEL INTO THE OIL TOO. REMOVED THE HPFP AND CHECK THE SHAFT IF THE SHAFT IS DRY AND NOT OILY REPLACE HPFP WITH FACTROY PART.

They replaced the HPFP and it seems to have solved the problem as the car has been driving perfectly since the replacement date (last week). The issue mostly occurred after refueling (independent of filling up the tank or not). I'm going to refuel tomorrow again, so ill be sure after that. Not sure whether they have replaced the engine oil, although they did top it up again, or whether they checked the long term and/or short term fuel trim.
