Misfire in cylinder number 3. Correct me if I'm wrong...
Check spark plugs.
Check Coils.
Check POS/ICMs
Check EGTs
Do a pressure test/leak down.
The order in which I would go about it.
cheapest to most expensive.
But here is the kicker... to make an accurate recommendation we need to know more about the problem. Set up of your car, year, milage. A simple P0103 code doesn't tell us anything.
Give us more info, we'll give you more advise!
