Left Front Carpet got a "bubble" in it as if there was damage from jack stand or something.

Left Front Carpet got a "bubble" in it as if there was damage from jack stand or something.
Did anyone experience this issue? The floor is higher than on the passanger side. Was it like that from factory?
Also, the pin from the gas tank door that locks and unlocks the gas tank door fell inside. Can you remove it or just get a new pin?
Wow, this car and it's little issues. I already faced a ton of them and it's not the end.
