Default Question about this valve (vacuum leak)

Hello and thanks for looking at my post. You will see by the picture here that I have epoxied this valve which had broken and was hissing like a cornered water moccasan. I saw someone else with the same broken valve (My question really is WHAT is this thing... and can I just buy a new one and put it on myself?).

Thanks,

Stogs

Thanks for the response. What do you mean "use lots of zip ties"?

Also, what is this part?

Thanks,

Default the clamps on the part are one use clamps, and since it's a vacuum line,

i'd just use zip ties instead of getting new clamps, but you can get more clamps if you wish.

Default hold your horses, dude!

seriously, you post at 20:24 and then at 7:49 the next morning asking me to clarify?
honestly, unless I'm super bored, I only get to check this place once a day. just calm down and I'll get to it eventually. if you are in that big of a hurry, you wouldn't be posting here anyway, you'd be at a dealership.

it's a 4 way check valve, and if it is the one I'm thinking of and that is in this picture, the part number is 078 611 933B.
