you do understand that some people on this site are in law enforcement

and that if someone posts that they know a shop which is willing to pass a car that is illegal in the state of n.j. that shop can be fined or shut down.... just pull the front tints off...get an inspection...and re-tint the front..it will cost the same as buying an inspection....
