Quatroing it

Hello all, I am new to this whole forum thing so excuse my ignorance.
My problem is as follows, hoping someone knows how to proceed:
I have a 2008 A6 3.2l S-line that is not behaving.I just got done putting on a new PVC system (box and hoses), carfully cleaned out the Carbon from the intake chambers and Manifold runners., put new coils and plugs in her and put her back together. I made sure that the manifold runners were not binding against the plates and had free movement and checked all vacuum lines for any possible leaks.
Started her up and she sounded worse than when I fixed her !?#%@$!?
Not only that, but also got a P2294/$07E code ( Fuel Pressure Regulator 2 Control Circuit ) that was not there before, along with a Cylinder 5 Misfire ( I switched coil and plug from 4 to 5 and still have same cylinder 5 code).
I might be able to figure the misfire out, but am totally baffleed by the fuel pressure code. I erased the code several times but kept coming back.
Does anyone know what I screwed up?

Quatroing it

Also, I did not screw down the fuel line at the fuel pump enough the first time and it shot a stream of fuel about 3 feet high. Could I have blown a fuse or sensor somewhere because of it?
