A6 C6 grumble under acceleration

A6 C6 grumble under acceleration
Hi folks
I've looked & looked and can't see anything similar here:
Under medium to heavy acceleration in the higher gears, I get a bit of a grumble / rumble that sounds like driving over mild rumble strips. I'm pretty sure its engine versus chassis after a bit of diagnosis, especially as it stops immediately I take my foot off the gas. Feels to me a little like a turbo valve flutter or summat, any thoughts?
