Default Burning oil smell, some smoke, and then this...

Opened the hood, saw some of the smoke and definitely a burning oil smell. Looked around, didn't see oil leaking anywhere. Of course this happens just after I turned 100k. Any suggestions on what to look at?

Default "Any suggestions on what to look at?"...maybe a manual focus camera so we can see what your problem

is...but seriously, what are we looking at here?

Looks like a songbird that's been eating mulberries took a dump on some ABS pipe.

Default Heh, no songbird. Major seepage, see the dark pool around the screw?

I know some seepage over time can be expected, especially in higher mileage cars. Just had oil changed, possibly an overfill?

That's a nut on the valve cover. I think you might have your VCG leaking. I just replaced mine couple weeks ago.
