4.2L V8 Secondary Air Pump System . . .component help needed . . .

I have the Bentley and ETKA 7.0, I can clearly see all of the components of the Secondary air pump but they are in "exploded" form.
What I CANNOT see is where on top of the engine the "outlet" hose from the SAP goes up and into the air induction.
Anyone have a good picture of where the pump output line goes and where it is on top of engine?

that hose goes

to the back of the engine. Find the combi valves , then find the pipe (#10) that runs between them

What is the diameter (ID) of the hose? Does anyone know. . .
I'm looking to replace it and don't want to get the audi pipe/hose (oem #077-133-817-B) as it's too costly.
