Ah.. I forgot that you're across the pond. They might not require stickers over there.

Default Try checking your intake setup for leaks, starting right after the MAF sensor.

Also make sure to check the intake manifold itself. The first time I removed mine, almost all of the bolts holding it down were loose.

Default UPDATE

Audikillsbmw, you were quite right about the MAF sensor, I took the car to an VW Audi specialist, the checked the vacuum pipes no problems. Turned out to the be MAF sensor - they swapped that with the new part and now the car seem to run perfectly. The garage said there were no more fault codes - (I havent check on VAGcom yet).

Kaynos - Make sure that you get your MAF from Audi dealer only - my specialist replaced it initally with a bosch part and it didnt fix the problem.

Just got to sort out my headlight leveling and the cars fault free. - before any asks I have changed the sensor.

Default I'm also getting a lean code right now, and it's keeping me from passing my emissions test : (

I just picked up a new fuel filter and MAF assembly. Hopefully that will solve the problem..
