I have problem - misfire in two cylinders 3 and 4.
I changed spark-plugs, coils, Power Output Stage module N122 (also checked wires from POS N122 to coils) and still nothing are changed.
I think problem is in ECU computer, I need schema of this part. I have no idea what i could broken (this problem is from time when I changed spark plugs).
Errors from VAG - 16684 (P0300), 16688 (P0304), 16687 (P0303).

I have had similer problem and have not resolved it yet but I checked a lot of stuff here is my list you may fined a problem on the list.

Check plugs and coils by swapping them around to see if the missfire moved

checked the power output modules the same way

checked compression

checked fuel injectors several ways I owm tested them I removed them and tested them for leak under pressure and activated them I swapped them around to see if the missfire moved and I used a cheap steffascope I got from the autozone to listen to each one as it ran.If you touch the scope right to the body of the injector you can here it going tic tic tic clear as a bell.

I also rented the cam fixtures to repalce the timing belt and checked the cam to cam timing and the TDC to cam timing. and no vacume leaks either
