2013 allroad does not want to stay out of the shop..
Had it in last week for a broken turbo vent part. Not sure I'm describing that right. Had a P0299 code and very limited engine power.
They fixed me right up in 2 days (had to order a part) at Muskegon Audi (My Auto Imports).
Drove it 2 days and close to 300 miles. About 270 in the service engine light came on. Four codes are showing:
P12A2 Powertrain
P2187 Powertrain - system too lean at idle bank1
P2279 Powertrain - Intake air system leak
C1555 Chassis
Ugh.. This happened late Friday so no appointment yet...will be without my car for a few days again.
I'm guessing they missed something on the last repair... Glad I still have factory warranty left.
Any ideas what the issue is? Just picked up this allroad used with 31k miles... I want to trust it will run at least 3-6 months between major service issues...rather than 2 issues in my first 2 weeks with the car!

Cleared the codes...
And drove it about 2 miles. Idled a little rough.. But CEL did not come back on...no more codes.
Also checked to make sure the gas cap was tight..it was. I had put some 93 octane in it from Mobile about 100 miles before the codes lit up.
I'll still be taking it in for service as soon as they can get me in...

From the info provided it does appear they may not have properly reaffixed the combustion intake side of the turbo and hence the too lean code (pulling in unmetered ambient air).
The electronics in vehicles these days are very complex and when you're in the midst of these ongoing incidents it does feel like the vehicle is unreliable, but they'll get to the bottom of it and you'll be fine.

Got her fixed up again this morning...forget the part already...some kind of oil pressure valve or sensor or something...quick warranty covered repair in one hour.
Just hoping for a few months without any issues now please!
