Not impressed in the least - got backed into yesterday... :(
Was behind an older driver in a clapped out Camry yesterday, pulling out of a parking lot. For some unknown reason, the driver decided he was too far into the road and reversed directly into the grille of my '14. The bumper is now slightly (ok, not slightly) deformed, kind of flattened. The passenger side body panel and fog grille both popped out.
I'm debating pulling the bumper off to try to straighten the absorber, but in reality, I'm going to get a quote from the body shop and have the guy's insurance pay for his negligence.

I hear you on this. Twice in the last few years I got rear ended by drivers simply not paying attention. Last time was on a Sunday morning, stopped at a light - almost no traffic in sight and this woman in a van hits me. This was in my brand new/month or so old 2017 A4. My first reaction was wtf? My first response to her was "you simply can't have anything nice today." Needed a new bumper - cost her somewhere around 3 k.

What's funny is I literally said the same thing to the guy who backed into me.. We try so hard to keep our own things nice, yet no one else has the same consideration for our stuff.
