Default 2019 All road order date

Anybody knows when Audi flips the switch on 2019 models? I'm considering ordering one but I don't think it would be worth to order a 2018 as the delivery date quoted by my dealer is around June when typically we start seen next year models.

Thanks.

Congrats on the new car Allroading17! Do you know if there are any new features or colors on the MY19 Allroad?

Not yet...... AOA just said to me order the car and as soon as MY19 production starts, we will expedite the order

They should be expediting it lol- 4 trips and over 8 weeks at the dealer.......

That's interesting my dealer is saying no MY19 for another 2-3 months, that doesn't sound right I think.

I'll try getting something from AoA.

Thanks.

The only reason I'm working with AOA is because of a lemon law buyback. I doubt they will tell you when the order bank opens, they didn't tell me lol

I am surprised how early they are letting you order a MY19 car. I assume that they aren't going to be out until August-September timeframe.

Sorry about your troubles with the buyback.

I ordered mine on Feb 10 and as far as I know it's a 2018. It was one of two allocated to my store that had not begun production yet, and had no customer buyers.

2018 A4 Allroad - Premium Plus, Matador Red, Nougat Brown, walnut inlays, rear airbags, cold and warm weather packages, navigation package.

I'm not sure what difference a 2018 vs 2019 would mean to me. (Leasing)

My own experience with the MY18 allroad was the options were made available to me April 4, 2017. The sports package was no longer available - leaving me to rethink and review my options to ditch the titanium gray headliner and get the full black interior I really wanted. I placed my order without a published price list 1 week later and scored the headliner exception 6 days after that. The price list became available to my dealer May 5 which was 3 days after the order freeze and 24 days before assembly commencement. I had pre-negotiated my price as a function of the eventual MY18 MSRP and was surprised to find the total was 1.1% lower than the MY17 price (due to Audi's elimination of the sports package which overlapped the cold weather package).

Does this mean the order banks are already open for 2019 and we can no longer order 2018?
