Default **HELP** Anyone with LLtek bought RS4 front, need your quick help.............

I just got my Rieger Rs4 front bumper from the group buy (thru a socal body shop) that happened a few weeks ago. Problem is, I dont have the instructions to install it. I called LLtek and asked them for a set of instructions, but they said the only way they could help me was if I had originally bought it from them, or from someone that did. This is where I need your help. LLtek said they needed the name of the person who bought the Rs4 front from them originally (this will be the name I tell them I bought the RS4 front from), and then they could send me the instructions. Could one of you guys that bought it from them give me your full name so I can get these instructions? This would really really help me out since I will be doing the install myself this weekend. I'll be in your debt. Please either post here or send me an email. Thanks a lot.

Or you could have someone with the bumper fax you the instructions.

Default talk about poor customer relations....

it would cost them approx. $1 to send you the directions. They can't swing it for someone who didn't buy it from them?

Default Why should they...that would be taking advantage of them.

I mean come on....you don't buy from them then you expect them to send you the instructions that they created with their own time for their customers? Try to see it from their point of view....

Default I have been searching and posting with regard to the RS4 front install, I have found nothing

through the search, and no one has replied to the several post in which i've asked for directions. I did not want to have to ask LLtek, but right now, I dont have a choice. The shop in which I (myself) will be installing the bumper is only available to me this weekend and I am getting desperate. If anyone can provide me with directions, then I'll use those, but since no one has recently I now am trying to get LLtek's version.

Default Here's the breakdown on how to do it in a couple sentences..

Dig your oem bumper outta the reinforcement bar, align the rieger bumper on the reinforcement bar, drill 2 holes into the rieger bumper where the 2 bolts are on the reinforcement bar, remove the 2 bolts in the reinforcement bar, put the bumper back on, put the bolts through the bumper then into the reinforcement bar, a screw in each fender from the bumper. You can glue the bumper to the reinforcement if you want to, but it's not necessary.
