I'd recommend the soft setting. Plenty for everyday driving, and less likely to crack your subframe.

I believe it is the 25mm adjustable version.

Default Correct. The FWD version is thicker. Never heard of the FWD version cracking the subframe........

but nonetheless I'd still recommend the soft setting for everyday driving.

That's what I have my Lltek 20 mm bar set on, and I wouldn't want it to be stiffer.

Default My Neuspeed rear bar is 28mm and set in the middle position on both sides.

I believe the only rear bar they make for the FWD is the 28mm, and you don't have to worry about the subframe problem. Problem is on quattro only. It really helped reduce understeer, couldn't believe the difference it made!!! Car handles so much better. Middle position is suppose to give you a medium effect on roll resistance & increas roll stiffness by 50% according to a chart I got from NS.

How do you like it going from 0 to 50%?
