i have a tip, and when i go from park to reverse to neutral to drive my entire engine jerks around: up down left right foward back....
who knows what its doing when im driving...

what motor mount(s) or tranny mount(s) do you think would be causing this?

i just ordered ecs ultimate tb kit and i want to order the right mounts so i can fix everything while im down there

it will help the vibration, but i don't know if that is really the cause with all that movement you are seeing.

engine mounts could be it. iirc there is a way to check them if they are bad. i believe it is that when they are leaking pink? fluid they are bad.

you could upgrade to s4/rs4 engine mounts from purems. or just go for stock engine mounts.

i wouldnt replace them unless there is fluid coming out.

A new snub mount will not do any good if your engine mounts are shot.

I have a tip and ive accidently hit the shifter upwards thinking I had already engaged it into tip mode this threw the car into neutral then put it back into drive (i couldnt slow the car down and stop to put it back in drive I was in the middle of the highway), I could feel the drivetrain shake the car
