Default [unlocking rear seat belts]- help understanding Bentley's instruction >

From Bentley's

"Activating lock function
- Pull belt webbing out to stop. Belt webbing must unroll with a rattling sound. If unrolling is stopped, belt webbing must not be able to be rolled further.

Deactivating lock function
- Return belt webbing about 100 mm. By 100 mm (at the latest), the lock function should deactivate, and the belt should function normally again."
-------------------------------------------------

I guess my question is what is the "belt webbing", and how do I return it 100mm? Do I have to fold my seats down to accomplish this? tks.

Default It is the nylon material and likely you will have to lower the seats since you have the belts locked

up against the seat backs now.
