Camaro is questionable.....
It has only one purpose though, smoke a good 85% of all other cars performance wise. I see now that the A4 is obviously not the car for me. I’m going to try to pay money for the car not the name on the car, if you catch what I’m saying here. German cars are expensive, for what they are, and they aren’t built any better than Japanese cars, though they are built better than American cars, I’ll give them that. I don’t think I’m ready to spend that much money on a car that offers only one performance advantage over cars that have superior horse power. Oh well, thanks for all the info.

Re: Point to ponder: Camaros & Firebirds are going away, no more F-body cars from GM (NOT)
This point was recently refuted by GM in a press release. That release is on Edmunds.com, but I'm sure you could find it elsewhere by looking around as well. They are keeping production until at least 2002, perhaps longer.

Contract with Union in Canada is up in 2002. Sales have slipped. Remember....
the Fiero?? It was outselling 9 other GM models when it got the ax because it wasn't selling well enough to suit the suits. GM executives are not sentimental about cars, just the bottom line. Also don't forget that the Corvette also nearly got 86'd before Dave Hill and his crew got a hold on it. Don't be shocked if the F-bodies get retired.
