1.8T Massive Misfires around 13 psi

1.8T Massive Misfires around 13 psi
After putting the 1.8T engine back in, I get massive misfires when approaching around 13 psi boost (running ok over entire RPM range when load is lower).
I had several sets of (fairly new, gapped to 0.030) plugs (all NGK BKR7E) and (all high miles) coils and are not sure which I put in.
Are misfires under higher boost typical for
- bad plugs
- bad coils
- else?
No codes aside from knock/misfire.
No codes when NOT pushing 13 psi
Setup: K04+ turbo, Giac PC16, 325cc injectors, 3 bar FPR.
