1.8t Turbo Boost Question

I am considering purchasing an Audi A4 1.8T and I was wondering what the boost is limited to from the factory? I was told 3.5 to 4 lbs. by my local Audi dealer but it sounds a little low.

i believe it boosts about 6. realistically.

I think stock is 0.5 bar which is about 7 psi...(nt)

Stock: peak boost tops out around 8-9 psi, but only under WOT, most of the time it's under 5...when

it's boosting at all, when cruising, decelerating, or even accelerating very slowly it's actually in vacuum.
