Yes, I did notice the foglight addition. What does "non-dbw" mean?

Default with dbw, the throttle is controlled by electrics

with non-dbw, there is a throttle body. the gas pedal is hooked up to a metal wire, which opens the throttle when you push the gas. it gives you a faster throttle response than dbw
