So I can't figure it out. I replaced the timing belt. Made sure it was TDC with a 1/4 inch extension, replaced the cam position sensor and crank position sensor, put on a new cam chain and tensioner. Marks on cams lined up with TDC and arrows on cam caps with 16 rollers in between cams. The car has an APR stage 1 tune. The only thing I can think of is that the intake cam was missing one cover and all the cam cap bolts were over torqued. So maybe the end of the intake cam where the sensor is was put on wrong?! Also there is plenty of oil in the head so it can't be a restricted oil pump, at least IMO. Any ideas?
