Just want to relay my great experience with AoBernardsville. The service was flawless. I called to set up the appointment and had to wait 3 weeks because I needed a loaner car. I was about 1000 miles over the recommended 7500 mile mark for the first service. I'm sure they could have done it much sooner if I didn't require a loaner. And what a loaner!! They gave me a 2000 A6 2.7T QTX silver with black leather interior. Now my hearts all manual but it sure was fun to go "tippin" today. For what it is it really is somethin else!!. They changed the oil and filter, the wiper blades and topped of the washer fluid. They also reprogrammed my remote; no questions asked except curiosity questions.I showed them the list of codes from this board and that was it. They even washed her for me. All in all it was a GREAT experience. I highly recommend them.

Making an anonymous phone call to the service dept and telling them that you've heard alot about chips available for your A4 and wanted their take on the whole chipping thing. i bet you'll come out of the conversation knowing if they are chip friendly or not. Just a suggestion.
