I think your calculation is wrong
15% Drivetrain loss
350 chp * 85% = 297.5 whp
20% Drivetrain loss
350 chp * 80% = 280 whp
That is why APR gives an estimate chp and does not give out the whp, because it will vary due to each car and other factors when the dyno tune is done

I based my calculations roughly on 20-25% loss, given that that's the range I hear quoted for AWD
Overall, I have gathered that 25% is more realistic than 20%.
295/.8 = 368.75
295/.75 = 393.3
Neither of these is anywhere near the HP they advertise (333). So either they are very conservative about their estimates (although my understanding is that it's generally accepted that the 1.8 in stock form can reliably handle up to 350 crank HP - which would mean that APR makes a kit which could damage the engine while claiming to sell one that is within tolerance levels, i.e. 333 < 350), or the dyno wasn't calibrated properly.
