2001 or wait 2002

My 99.5 Audi A4 was totalled and I need a new car. Should I get the 2001 or rent a car for a few months and wait for the 2002?

If you're interested in a 2001, I'm selling my silver 01.5 A4 1.8TQMS with the 17" RS4 wheels. I'm going out of the country for a couple of years and need to sell the car. It has 2500 miles in it.
