I guess I should stick to 70 or under for better fuel economy. What's the best speed for range? 65mph? 70mph?

I know you put your coil over's on your self. SO i ordered my cup kit for my 96' a4 2.8 fwd(non sport suspension) today, are these ready to install, or are there any other parts i may need?
I read i may need new bump stops and dust boots, i dont really know what these parts are but do i already have them on my car or need new ones?

We moved the dust boots over from the existing suspension to the new coilovers. I would read the coilover installation guide in the tech articles several times, very thoroughly, and then ask detailed questions if you are still confused.
