Default 30v Intake and PCV parts

Going to go back into engine and finish up vacuum hose replacement.

Noticed that the black, rubber piece between the plastic intake boot and the throttle valve was torn. I managed to get it back on and salvaged it, but would like to replace it.

The only thing I can find in ETKA is 078 129 949C, which is called a "gasket" and looks round in the pictures. This thing is, yes, round, but three small cuts in it for bolts. Is that the right number for that part?

Also, at 143k, I reckon I should change the PCV system. ECS has them but more than I'd rather pay for plastic. Should I get involved in replacing this or wait until it breaks?
