96 a4 head unit install...
first, i have an A4 96.
i need to buy a new head unit for my a4 and i found one. it is pull out from a4 2001. of course looks little bit different but, the seller said it would fit any a4.
what do you think?

just get an aftermarket unit, yo....
but in short, no, it won't fit...the 96 had a long, single din unit...whereas the 01 has a double din unit...
just go aftermarket...you'll be better off :-)
