96A4Q Low Beam Headlights

Both low beam lights on mine refuse to light up yesterday. Both fuses OK. The instrumentation illuminations, side yellow light (1st indent), high beam and fog lights work. Any suggestion?

Possible fluke that both bulbs are burnt out?

Swap bulbs from high beam to low beam and test.

same thing happened to me on my 96

dealer said it was bulbs but i said it was bull**** that they would burn out at exactly the same time if the fuses and everything were ok. never figured it out just payed for the new bulbs
