97 Taillight Question

I was generally checking the condition of my taillights and brakelights and noticed the small bulb in the center. I found no configuration of functions that it lights up.. What is it supposed to be?? TIA

No... Fogs are closer to the trunk and full size, these were interior light size and in the middle

Thats yer tail light bulb. seperate from your brake light
