Haven't been here in awhile but I thought A'worlders might be interested in this. Six months ago I traded my 2.8 Avant TIP (loaded) for a G35 Infiniti. The dealer gave me $14,250 which, at the time, was close to $3K under NADA trade-in. He advertised it in the local paper starting at $18.6K and I watched it drop over the next two months to $15.5K when I lost interest. Yesterday I took my Infiniti in for its first service. While I was sitting in the lounge the sales manager recognized me and came over to talk...how do I like my G35 etc. etc. Then he proceeded to tell me he lost his *** on my trade and finally sold it after several months for around $12K! This car was cherry with only 60K miles. Jeez! I paid sticker for the Infiniti so I wasn't too heartbroken for him.

All car sales man likes to BS everyone. I too bought a G35C and they gave me the same talk and walk.
