'98 Washer Reservoir/Pump Leak
Noticed a leak while I am refilling the reservoir. Where's the common failure here, a reservoir crack or a pump failure?
What's the easiest way to get to the pump or take out the reservoir?
Thanks.

common problem....pump failure.
Its usually the lower pump, the one the works the headlights. The housing gets cracked and leaks the fluid. Easy to fix yourself. Contact a discount parts dealer like Suncoast motorsports. Call suncoast, ask for Chris Welty (parts manager) and tell him I sent you, and he should give you a big discount. 877-923-1700

Mine leaks right at the pass. side washer. Mechanic said it's...
the washer nozzle itself. Not a cheap repair as it necessitates removal of the front bumper. Since my radiator is leaking as well, I guess it'll be a two for. Never had such a trouble-prone car.

I solved mine...
The only thing on my case was that the hard plastic hose that connects into the little pump came out. It is easier to take out the turning light out and work it from there. You have to take the hard plastic hose out of the canal in the reservoir to give you room to push it back in.
