Default Cool. I just called porterfield, and they have slotted/cyro'd rotors for $166 each too.

How much are the brackets from Liam?

That's a massive rip-off, get the ECS ones for $170 a PAIR

Are they cyro'd after they are drilled or before?

Default A few things you need to know:

1) Don't get drilled. Either plain or slotted. You'll crack drilled ones at the track if you drive hard.

2) Cryo treating is not proven IMO. And I think the consensus here is you'd be throwing money away going that route. The ECS ones are not cryo treated. My rotors (ECS slotted) hold up fine even at the Glen. Never a SINGLE problem.

Why spend money on something that's overkill?

Just as cyro has not been proven, cracking drilled rotors has not been proven.

Default There are no "porsche carriers".........

The calipers bolt directly to the hub/spindle/whatever on Porsches. For them to fit Audis, there is a custom-made bracket/carrier (same thing) you need to be able to bolt it up and space it properly for the rotor.

Liam can get them. ECS and EVO have them too but they generally won't sell them sperately.
