A4 window problem

A4 window problem
Hi All,
I'm a owner of an Audi A4 1.9 TDI, year 2000, and I've a problem from the beginning, I've gone many times to Audi service but they couldn't find the origin:
I can drive my car normally for the first hour, after this and when I press any window control, all the window controls are disabled ( the red light is turned off ) and the ceiling light is turned on. If I stop the car and wait for half an hour this problem dissappear.
Audi service hasn't detected any failure with his tests but has changed the driver door window engine, the window controls on the driver door and has tested all the electric cables.
Any idea ?
