a8, 325mm rotors will fit on an a4?

how much do just these rotors usually go for?

Default Yes they fit, they are 312mm though not 325mm
$575 bucks for that kit, i think there might be a GB going on for it right now though

Default Yes.
You need carriers from a TT, and 16" rims or larger.
There's a write up in the Tech Section, under wheels/tires.
