Default Never dealt with them; what happened? (m)...

I heard from various sources, inlcuding some dealers, that Ken's Auto Body in Aurora is good. I'm taking my M3 there to get the rear bumper repainted. Good luck!

Default Nervous

Well first they got done early on Mon which is about 4 days earlier than they estimated. I was then called back and told the body work was done but the car wasn't ready for pickup due to some 'imperfections' in the paint that needed to be touched up by the painter to which left for some 'vacation' on Tue and won't be returning till Thur. So I am now told it 'should' be done on Thur but I doubt it. I seem to be getting the run around not to mention I had to call this guy back twice to get a update since he never returned my original call. I just hope to god the work on autobody is better than their customer service. I'll let you know how things turn tommorow. I miss my car badly... =(

Default If what they say is true...

...I wouldn't worry too much. Sounds like they're critical of their own work and want the right guy to do the job (a good thing). Just make sure they guarantee their work and take it back if you're not happy (BTDT).
