abs control unit

abs control unit

1999 a4 1.8t quattro. I have been told i need an abs control unit - $4000-$5000. Is this for real? Can these things be fixed? any options?

ha please, where did you get a 4-5k quote?

send the control unit to gavin, tons of people here have done it. he charges about $250.
