ABS problems?

It feels like my ABS has been kicking in at unnecessary times, like light braking for a stop light, or if i even tap the brakes while turning into a parking spot. at least, it feels like the ABS (so I am assuming it is) I get this intemittent pulsing in the brake pedal, but it is much slower than when the ABS kicks in full force.. does anyone have any idea whats going on, or what I'm talking about

I had the exact same problem. It turned out to be the ABS sensor.

I dunno, but I've heard that one cause could be a poor grounding... Search on that maybe??? I dunno

-that makes sense, if a wheel rotation sensor is dead, then yea that could cause it, good show -Phil

Untill I got the sensor replaced i just pulled the ABS fuse

thats what I assumed it was...

but I figured I should ask the collective intellect of the board... anyone know how to see if the sensor is good or not?

can i ask, do you also get a clunking sound that comes from the front brakes area?

I get that...not so much in the pedals though, but up front in the brakes...like a fast cluck, cluck, cluck...and under light braking.

occasionally, but it goes through the pedal also...
