AC problems...
I just had my AC checked and charged by the dealer and it seemed to work great when I picked it up. The problem is usually when it is really hot out, the AC seems to eventually cool down but then will not blow cold all of the time.
It seems to blow cold more when I am waiting at a stop light and then warm up when I am on the highway. It does eventually get cold, just not enough. The dealer says it is ok, I say it is not.

Do a search on orifice tube.
I had a similar problem. My mechanic replaced the orifice tube, which is a inline filter that gets clogged and does not allow the refrigerant to circulate properly. Since your system is charged It's going to be $20+ 1/2 hour labor. Good luck.

Migh be the evaporator drain under the dash
As outside air passes through the in-dash evaporator/cooling coil, moisture is pulled out of the cooling airstream and drips to the bottom of the tray below the evaporator coil. There is then a drain tube that deposits this condensed water on the ground. It is why on a hot day you will see a pretty steady stream of water dripping out from under the car when the AC is on.
I hve run into instances on other cars where this drain tube gets clogged. The water then doesn't drain properly and builds up to the point where the evaporator coils get partially covered, causing a loss of AC efficiency. Initially, on startup the AC felt fine but after 15 minutes of more it felt like it became less and less efficient.
Take a look under the car when the AC is running and look for a pretty steady dripping of cool/cold water. If you don't see it, this drain tube might be clogged.
