by removing you stock seat you will trigger...
you airbag light and will also disable all the airbags because all the air bags are routed in one circiut. You can bypass it, try searching the archieves. I have racing seats in my car but never bypassed it. I was to lazy.

I used three 10ohm resistors hooked up parallel to = approx. 3.3ohms
which is what the tester said I needed. I soldered the resistors wire ends together on each end and then soldered 1 wire (cut from extra resistor, same gage) to the the group of 3. You then make a U shape of the resistors and wire., naturally the legs of the U are the wires and the resistors the bottom, You plug that single wire on each end into the airbag plug you've disconnected under the seat. If you haven't started your car or turned it on during the install of your seats you shouldn't throw a code. Or if you do drive before installing the resistors you just have to have the code cleared if everything is hooked up OK, NO code!!! You may also want todo something to protect the resistors and plug under the seat. I put the plug and resistors in a plastic 35mm film container and taped it closed with electrical tape under my seat for some extra protection!!! Good luck!!!!!
