Advice needed on dealing with Audi Inc, to remedy peeling dash...
The dash on my '97 1.8T has started to peel on the driver's side. I emailed Audi Customer service (easier to document and explain it to them that way) and they recommended I give Audi a call directly. I haven't called yet, because I want to be prepared when I talk with Audi.
While my dealer said this matter is not covered under Audi's certified warranty, I believe that since this is a defect in the car, (and understand fairly common among '96-97 models), that there should be some recourse.
I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to proceed and remedy this matter.
