Default AEB HELP!! possible timing issue.

I ran across some problems while putting my aeb together after installing a new head gasket. I'm having a hard time Figuring out the right rear chain timing marks. the reason Im posting these pics is to see if I got timing wrong. The car has a rough idle and will not gain rpm even if I open the throttle al the way. That is a real apparent sympom for incorrect cam timing. Here are the things I have doubled checked like 5 or6 times. there is no vacuum leaks anywhere. Belt timing is right on the dot. All sensors are hooked up as well with all vacuum and charge lines. I mean I haves checked evert thing like 6 7 times. The only timing component I have not checked is the rear chain. The picture I have says that the grooves on the cams need to be aligned with arrows. The problem is that to me they seem aligned just right. But I'm having to think otherwise since that's the only timing component that will cause this problem. No codes no nothing . I will post pics once I get on my desktop like in 20 min. Any help is appreciated. Sorry for the cam offset but that's the closest I can get it by bumping the motor. I don't wanna take the front off again believe me to just move the crank. I can make a living pulling the front end off since I have done it so many times double checking belt timing end important engine components.
