What motor? What year? Drivetrain? It's a two piece pan, hopefully just the bottom is broken.

Default It's easy. I had to do mine, due to a *small* disagreement with a jacktsand and set of ramps.

Just be careful not to break any of the bolts holding the pan on. You may also want to consider changing the oil pump/pickup/screen while you're in there. I think you might have to swing the swaybar out of the way, but thats about it.

Default I didn't even use a gasket. Some require one, some don't....thin bead of RTV works fine.

IIRC I paid $80 for a used pan. Actually when it came in, it was the whole darn thing...upper and lower, oil cooler attached...etc. So now I have spare parts, I win.

Default BW Dismantlers has 'em on the shelf for $80. Easy job. Remove the front swaybar and you're good..

Did mine about 2 months ago---my own fault for lowering the car too much.
