Alternator Issues

My alternator went bad and im wondering what one would cost for a 2001 Audi A4 1.8T

I have one. 120amp.

Not sure what it's worth, but I'd be happy to sell it.

Rebuild at a local shop is best IMO. It's ~180 for the work and no shipping to worry about.

Ultranator for the win!! 150 AMP for price of stock, mine keeps 2 red top optima batteries perfectly

ready. I am a firm beleiver that many hard to diagnose problems can be caused by low or wierd voltage. I run a sine wave inverter to run my computer when tuning on the road and I have not had the 1st sign of a problem since upgrading to the ultranator product.
