another round of my vag data after some fuel pressure regulator adjustments...
I was running quite lean, see this post from last night so I upped the fuel pressure regulator. I didnt have a pressure tester, so I just went turn by turn. first is 4.5 bar, posted last night, the next is plus one turn, and again for two turns.

http://plaza.ufl.edu/paradigm/LOG-003-031-(2).xls
notice how the load stays much closer to 100% now.
Am I still too lean?

i think your timing is still low for that chip
isn't that J31 chip supposed to run very advanced timing? my FMIC K04 chip holds around 18-19 degrees timing advance pretty steadily at WOT.
how does your boost log look?
and, try a run logging block 003 and 020, 020 will tell you if any timing is being retarded by the ECU.
