Any recommended spring and shock set-ups for 1.8TQM for lowering and maintaining a ride similar to factory?

Re: H&R Coilovers not the way to go!
I've have the H&R coilovers which while improving handling over the OEM sport suspension, are quite a LOT firmer.<br>You might consider adjustable ones if you can not experience different set ups before you decide.
