Anyone in Bay Area (Northern California) have an EMCS Home Programmer I can borrow?
I need to change my APR program octane from 93 to 91. I need my car constantly and sending in my chip would really cause lots of inconvenience for me. I'd pay to lend your EMCS Home Programmer.
