They can be good and bad. 2 years ago the wife and I were looking at an A6 Avant. We went with a BMW instead partly because of the lack of service.
We just purchased a 2001 A4 last month from them an the service was excellent. I guess it depends on the salesman. If you go, ask for Shelly. She did a nice job for us.
