Anyone have any rear speaker to sell, one of mine is shot.

Are you sure its shot? Some Audi rear speakers have built in amps...
If your rear speaker does have a built in amp, make sure the fuse is in all the way. I had a fuse come out of one of my rear speaker amps, when I put the fuse back in, the speaker was fine.
